  • Original Condition - Unworn, with all tags attached, in the original packaging (we know it's tempting to try it on right away!)
  • Proof of Purchase - Your order confirmation or receipt

Step 2: We'll Send Authorization
Our team will review your request with care and send you a return authorization with clear instructions.

Step 3: Package with Love
Wrap your jewelry safely in its original packaging with all tags attached, and include the return authorization form.

Step 4: Send It Back
Use a tracked shipping service. If the item is defective or we sent the wrong piece, we'll cover the cost. Otherwise, return shipping is your responsibility.

💰 Your Refund Journey

Processing: After receiving and in expected condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 days. 

Confirmation: You'll receive a warm confirmation email when everything's complete!
